3) Deliver Value —
Conduct your first session or product launch, ensuring you provide exceptional value to these early supporters.
Treat it like a full event, even if you're the only one "attending" if necessary.
4) Gather Feedback —
After your session, ask for feedback from your collaborators. Use this to refine your offering.
5) Expand Your Circle —
Ask your initial five if they know anyone else who might be interested.
Use their endorsements to grow your base.
