5-Day Movement Challenge:
Shaping New Ways of Living and Relating

Day 1: Define Your Movement

Reflect on one area of your life or work where you'd like to see change (e.g., how you connect with others, collaborate, or approach daily tasks). Write down a single sentence describing your "movement" (e.g., "I want to foster more open communication in my team").

Why: This aligns with the idea of defining a new way of living and relating.

Day 2: Identify One Action

Choose one small, specific action that supports your movement (e.g., starting a meeting with a check-in question to build connection). Commit to doing it today.

Why: This emphasizes that every project, even small ones, creates change.

Day 3: Create a Ripple

Share your action with someone else—whether by telling a friend, colleague, or family member about it or inviting them to join you in a similar action.

Why: This reflects the idea of a ripple effect that extends impact beyond yourself.

Day 4: Reflect on Impact

Take 5 minutes to journal or think about how your action felt and any changes you noticed (e.g., Did it shift how you or others related? Did it spark new ideas?). Adjust your approach if needed.

Why: This highlights that movements reshape how we work and live, even subtly.

Day 5: Plan the Next Step

Decide on one way to continue your movement next week (e.g., make your action a habit, try a new related action, or inspire someone else to start their own). Write it down to solidify your commitment.

Why: This suggests that ongoing efforts, no matter the scale, fundamentally change our ways of living.

Bonus Tip: At the end of the challenge, revisit your sentence from Day 1. Has it evolved? Use it to guide future actions.
