💥 The Impactful Moments Challenge 💥

Think back on your life experiences so far.

Make two lists:

1) Stories of when someone else impacted you in a meaningful way (a teacher, friend, family member, mentor, etc. whose words or actions significantly influenced your perspective or life path).

2) Stories of when you impacted someone else (times your words, actions or example made a positive difference for another person).

For each list, just jot down a brief note or reminder, not the full story.

The goal is to simply recall and catalogue these impactful moments.

Once you have your two lists, reflect on the process:

How did you go about recalling these stories?

What time periods or life stages did you find yourself drawing from the most?

What themes or patterns emerged?

This introductory "story sourcing" exercise can serve as a first step toward being more intentional about collecting, framing and sharing your most meaningful personal narratives.
