• ceremony that has happened, is happening, and will happen all beautifully held in this single snapshot of a moment.

A delectable breakfast on the...

I look down at my plate and feel a sense of abundance.

At that moment, a bird flies on the railing.

While in Athens I heard the brass of a marching band.

Curious, I step out onto the patio on a bright sunny morning.

Down below is a marching band!

I grab my smartphone and press record.

I know the parade was not for me and yet it was.

For those 45 seconds I was the receiver of talents of all those band members.

The trumpets, the tubas, the piccolos.

Gratitude!

Okay, I'm weird. I like...

airplane food, especially when traveling internationally.

Typically they serve food local to where you're going.

When flying to to Athens Greece for my Delphi Wisdom Council, the airlines served a GREAT meal.

Except for the spinach.

Not a big spinach fan.

In the back of my brain, I hear my mom say, "Eat your spinach."

I even drummed up a childhood memory of Popeye eating spinach.

In that moment, I look at the spinach and say, "Not Today," leaving the spinach on my plate.

The passenger next to me looks at me and wonders while I'm smiling at my plate of leftover spinach.

Free will is a wonderful gift!
