1) Define Your Movement's Purpose Statement —

* Spend 10 minutes brainstorming what your movement stands for.

a) What's the core message or goal?
b) Write a concise purpose statement.

2) Identify the Mindset Shift —

* Take 5 minutes to reflect on two aspects:

a) Mindset to Jettison: What common mindset or belief do people need to let go of to join your movement?
b) Mindset to Adopt: What new mindset or belief do they need to embrace?

3) List Your Triggers —

* Use 5 minutes to list out both positive and negative triggers that could propel or hinder your movement.
* Positive triggers might include events, emotions, or actions that inspire action.
* Negative triggers could be obstacles or fears that need to be addressed.

4) First Step Clarity —

* Dedicate 5 minutes to define the very first action you want someone to take to become part of your movement.
* It should be simple, actionable, and clear.

5) Mind Mapping Your Clarity —

* Spend the last 10 minutes creating a mind map:

—> Center: Your movement's purpose
—> Branches: Include the mindset shift (jettison and adopt), triggers, and first step.
—> Connect ideas with lines showing how clarity in each aspect supports the movement.

1) Share Your Work: Share your mind map or first step idea with someone in your community or online to get feedback and start spreading awareness.

2) Reflect: After completing the steps, spend a few minutes reflecting on how this exercise has changed your approach to starting your movement.
