Phase 4. VALUE REALIZATION. You've gotten back to some semblance of normal. Very different than before, but humming along. Time to CELEBRATE and SHARE the wisdom with success stories! And the work isn't done. SUSTAINING that value with continuous improvement helps your team achieve new heights.
